Consumer And Business Buyer Behaviour

1- Consumers are influenced by cultural, Sucultural and social class.
2- Culture is based on person’s society, a child learns basic values, perceptions, wants and behaviours

3- Our flag, the achievements of prominent Canadians such as artist and scientist, our multicultural and multiracial makeup.

4- Because cultural shifts leads you to discover new products.

5- Subculture contains smaller groups of people with shared value systems based on common life experiences and situations and it includes nationalities, religions, racial group and geographic regions.

6- The three Canadian subcultures are Native Canadians, ethic consumers and Internet users.

7- Scotia bank uses grassroots marketing and public relations efforts, including its scholarships of the Aboriginal Achievement Award and 10 annual scholarships of $ 2500 for young Aboriginal entrepreneurs.

8- Because they are growing marketing in Canada and they have purchasing power.

9- They believe that they have been neglected or misrepresented by marketers.

10- Because its technological sophistication and willingness to make Internet purchase and people aged 45 to 54 make up 15 percent of internet users, while those over 55 constitute only 8 percent,
